Chris has started his career as an email technical support for an ISP in the US immediately after his College graduation in 2001.
From email, to chat, to voice support, being a subject matter expert and trainer, he humbly worked hard to go up through the ladder at his current position within his 20 years of business process outsourcing experiences.
Chris is very passionate in giving excellent customer service and performance which were learned via his experiences in handling different LOBs like customer service, billing support, back-end processes, technical support, Training, Process Optimization, Basic Bookkeeping, Lead Generation, Marketing and Operations.
During Chris’ free time he loves contributing to taking care of mother nature by simply making their surrounding neat and clean. He also considers himself jack of all trades and loves doing or fixing different things.
